Enrichment Labs designs and delivers fully facilitated programs built to engage participants and develop the facilitators who lead them. Since 2016, we’ve been building a new model for enrichment, combining hands-on experiences, imagination-driven learning, and custom-built systems to create consistent, high-quality programs at scale.

Founded by Tim Merle in Framingham, MA, what began as a single program in a few schools each week has grown into a platform serving hundreds of organizations each year. Enrichment Labs was built from the ground up, from curriculum to the operating system that powers training, delivery, administration, and growth.

Through this work, the concept of Symmetrical Enrichment emerged, a model designed to develop both participants and facilitators within the same learning system. Today, Enrichment Labs supports a growing team of facilitators and partners with organizations across education and community spaces, building programs that are professionally run, consistently delivered, and designed for what comes next.

Our Philosophy

The core ideas that drive our work in human services in an age of unprecedented technological change.

Symmetrical Enrichment

Human services designed as formative environments for participants and facilitators.

Synchronous Group Experiences

Lived, embodied, and communal experience must be intentionally designed and preserved as more life shifts into digital spaces.

Technology in Service of Human Connection

Optimizing embodied experience, allowing participants and facilitators to focus on presence, connection, and meaning.

The Economic Durability of Embodied Care

As more work is automated, roles rooted in human presence, trust, and responsibility persist.

The Existential Durability of Formative Work

In an increasingly automated future defined by the search for purpose, self-growth remains where meaning is made.
