Offering paid internships and part-time roles while students are still in school, our facilitator positions complement their coursework by providing real-world experience in the topics they’re learning, within a learning system we’ve built to rapidly develop their skills.

We deliver fully facilitated programs for children and adults, with a growing catalog across STEAM, SEL, art, nature, and more. Each program is designed to be immersive, engaging, and consistently delivered across sites.

A philosophy of Symmetrical Enrichment takes a rethink on how educational enrichment is designed. Every layer of this platform, including the technology, curriculum, training systems, and operations, is designed and built in-house.
Technology Built from Scratch
We build custom software in-house to train facilitators, power our enrichment experiences, and coordinate program delivery across hundreds of partner sites.
Curriculum Built from Scratch
We design every program in-house, combining hands-on activities with audiovisual elements to create immersive, episodic experiences with new content each session.
Accelerated Facilitator Development
Our facilitators gain access to a custom-built training system, combining real-world experience with advanced software, a classroom simulator, and coaching to rapidly build skill.

Our platform is designed to give our facilitators a best-in-class internship and part-time experience while they are in college, while simultaneously preparing them for their future careers through resume building, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
